Refund Policy for Astrology Services

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for astrology services.

By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

2. No Refunds After Service Delivery

• All astrology readings are final once delivered

• No refunds will be issued after a session has been completed or a report has been sent

• This includes dissatisfaction based on interpretation, accuracy, or expectations

3. Nature of Services

• Astrology is a subjective and interpretive practice

• Results are not guaranteed

• Client expectations, outcomes, and emotional responses do not qualify for refunds

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the full session fee

5. Rescheduling

• One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours notice

• Additional rescheduling requests may be denied or subject to a fee

6. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in loss of the session without refund

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time

7. Provider Cancellations

• If the astrologer cancels a session, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule

8. Exceptions

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of the service provider

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

• By purchasing a service, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting the service provider to resolve the issue

10. Agreement

By booking a service, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the subjective nature of astrology

• You accept that all services are non-refundable once delivered

• You agree to these refund terms in full
